Cancelling, returning or exchanging orders

In principle, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of the customer's convenience after payment has been made. Although we pay close attention to inventory management, if we are unable to secure the ordered items due to force majeure, we may have to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.

If the delivered product is different from the order or if the product is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product . Please note that depending on the stock situation, it may take some time to process the return or we may only be able to provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

What to do if you accidentally purchase the wrong size or version of a product

When purchasing products with multiple variations (e.g. button size, color), please make sure you select the correct product before placing your order. As a general rule, we cannot accept exchanges if you select a different variation by mistake. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Timing of billing

All items are paid for in advance (invoiced at the time of order).

Shipping & Delivery

We plan to use Sagawa Express for shipping (you cannot specify the delivery company). If the purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more, shipping is free, but if the purchase amount is less than that, you will be charged an additional 750 yen for shipping. After your order is confirmed, we will proceed with shipping in order, but there may be a delay of up to about one week. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that depending on the situation, we may use an alternative shipping service.

Changing the delivery address after placing an order

If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence. Please contact the delivery company to request redelivery within the storage period. (The storage period varies depending on the delivery company.)

Once the storage period has expired, the product will be automatically returned to us. If you contact us within one month of the shipping date, we will reship the returned product on a cash-on-delivery basis. Please note that we cannot reship any products that have been returned more than one month ago, and we will handle the matter ourselves.

If you wish to change your delivery address before the shipping procedure has begun, please contact us using the inquiry form and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • New delivery address zip code
  • New delivery address
